Founder and Owner - Chris Shrieves

Chris has an extensive background in carbon removal, climate tech, nature-based solutions/natural climate solutions, carbon pricing and markets, climate policy, conservation, and data science in NGO, startup, and corporate settings, across multiple pathways. His experience includes working in voluntary and compliance markets, leading and managing different parts of the carbon project process (e.g., origination, feasibility, contracting, development, MRV, and credit sales), designing and heading nascent projects, insetting strategy and project development (e.g., per SBTi guidance), and guiding decarbonization strategies/solutions. This includes being part of teams that have generated more than a million carbon credits and that accomplished the first ever issuance of ERW credits on the Puro registry.

The gap between climate ambition and real, durable impact is still too wide; and time to act is running out. Blueprint Carbon's goal is to help with building solutions that deliver the greatest good for the climate: with integrity, speed, and at the largest possible scale.
